• Product Management: Monitor and control product stock to meet sales targets, Place and manage product orders accurately, Oversee merchandise reception and stock placement, Share relevant product-related information with the team.
• Staff Management: Recruit, onboard, and train team members, Monitor performance and provide ongoing development, Plan staff schedules and control personnel budgets, Ensure effective team integration and motivation.

Roles

• Customer Service Management: Understand, anticipate, and satisfy customer needs, Maintain an active presence at the point of sale, Handle customer complaints and returns effectively.
• Section Image & Visual Merchandising: Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing section, Apply merchandising guidelines and maintain brand standards.
