About the job

As the Store Manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies. The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Store Manager in high-fashion retail.
  • Strong understanding of Indian and global retail trends.
  • Experience in handling all retail operational aspects.
  • History of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in staff performance reviews and mentoring.
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated personality.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Motivate and train the sales team to meet sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to attract new customers and increase store traffic.
  • Enhance profitability through effective planning and execution.
  • Hire, onboard, and oversee new staff members.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Design promotional material and arrange in-store displays.
  • Set store performance targets in collaboration with the Ops Manager.
