Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in retail store management
• Team Handling: Experience managing 30+ employees
• Must be proficient in speaking and understanding Gujarati.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations Management – Oversee daily operations, sales targets, and customer service excellence.
• Sales & Revenue Growth – Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Inventory & Merchandising – Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, and store organization.
• Compliance & SOP Adherence – Ensure store policies and procedures are followed.
